Frank architects the market deployment of secure, air-gapped, containerized computer vision models to adhere to strict NERC CIP data privacy rules. His structural consulting background spans major international aviation systems, including the Hong Kong International Airport Master Plan 2030 campaign.

Eddie Ng Tat Mau is a preeminent power system protection authority with 37 years of distinguished engineering tenure at CLP Power Hong Kong Ltd. Educated in Electrical Engineering at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, he is a member of IET (UK) and IEEE (USA). As a former CLP Protection Team Leader and 400kV Senior Authorized Person, Eddie directed testing, commissioning, and overvoltage pressure diagnostics for massive infrastructure projects, including the Castle Peak Power Station and Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station over-headline circuits. He bridges drone multi-spectral analytics with high-voltage protection switchboard parameters.
